Mortgage Loan Processor

Responsibilities for this Loan Processor job include, but are not limited to:

• Managing all aspects of a loan pipeline to meet estimated closing dates


• Contacting customers making status calls and requesting documentation for underwriting


• Ordering Appraisal, Title.


• Reviewing documents for eligibility

Qualifications for this Loan Processor job:

• MUST HAVE Prior Mortgage Experience and NMLS ID


• Min. High School Diploma


• Accuracy and Attention to detail


• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills


• Computer savvy with professional level MS office suites


• 1+ year Administrative experience
