Be an expert on Nash's product and assist customers in getting the most value out of the platform; Respond to incoming customer inquiries with a smile on your face via phone, chat, email, and other channels within a specified SLA time; Troubleshoot live delivery issues and manage them all the way through to the finish line, documenting as you go; Process refunds; Take an active role in continuously improving Nash's best practices and SOPs; Escalate issues as needed.
